If you would like to request a warmup time in Ring 1 highlight or select the text below and copy (control c). Next click on the contact us button for a pre-addressed, blank email form. Paste (control v) the text you selected and copied into the body of your email. Complete all information, type "warmup time" into the subject line and send. Warmup requests will be accepted until Saturday at 4 pm.
Warmup requests are NOT guaranteed. You will be given the closest available spot to the time you request. Trainers may request multiple spaces (1 per horse or rider). Warmup requests will be confirmed by return email.
Riders must have a number to ride in 3 minute warmups. No number will be assigned without a completed entry form including all signatures and a check or cash.

REMEMBER: 3 minute warmups are from 7 to 9:00 AM. Fence heights 2' -2'3". Sign-in for warmups closes at 8:30 or when all spots are filled! PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY to insure that you get to warm up at your assigned time. We cannot hold the gate for late arrivals.
2'6" Schooling hunters (not judged) are available as warmups for the 2'6" and 2'9" division. They will not end before 12:45 PM.
